SANA 2021 - Workshop on the ProOrg project: a contribution to the innovation of organic food processing

The 33rd international exhibition of organic and natural products (SANA 2021) will take place in Bologna from 9 to 12 September 2021.
On this occasion, a workshop on organic processing will be held on 11th September 2021, 15:00 - 17:00: "ProOrg project - a contribution to the innovation of organic food processing"

This will provide an opportunity to get informed about findings from the Research project ProOrg.
​
The Core Organic Cofund Project ProOrg develops a set of strategies and tools (Code of Practice) that can help organic food processors in the selection of appropriate technologies and communication towards consumers. Topics will cover consumer preferences for organic processed food, evaluation of processing methods and many more.

Participation is free, but it is necessary to register on Sana website selecting the workshop.

One of the biggest events for the organic industry will take place online the 17th-19th of February 2021.
